Returns- Refund Policy-Canceled Orders-Shipping

I unfortunately do not accept returns. Due to the nature of my company, I make every piece to order. I do not have stock on the back shelf. Trust you understand. Now if it is something on my behalf that will be another conversation. Please contact me.

 If your order has not been made, I'll refund however I may charge the transaction fee if one does occur. (The fee will depend on your order total). Contact me when you'd like cancel your order as soon as possible.

What if product does not fit right?
It is very important that you measure your ring size or wrist accurately. I do not do exchanges or refunds based on wrong size. If you choose to have the product resized, a fee will be charged. That will be discussed depending on the item ordered.

If something is damaged during transit- please contact me within 3 DAYS of receiving package with a photo of the damaged item. We will discuss what the best solution is regards to your Oli Rose Collection piece.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please make sure it is accurate, or let me know right away if it isn't. Or you'd like me to ship somewhere else. That becomes handy if traveling during the holidays or if it's a surprise!

I ship using First Class Mail ,First Class International mail through the USPS.
First class mail :Delivery time varies by destination.

PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
International: 60
days past shipping date

If you would like your items shipped a different/quicker method, convo me for details.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is a problem please contact me within 3 days so we can help. My goal again is to have 100% satisfaction with your Oli Rose Collection piece.

International customers, please be aware of your countries taxes and duties, I will not be responsible for these charges as I will write forms true to their value.

 All my leather wears are handmade and some are made-to-order so I need a lil creation time. For custom requests please contact me, time may vary. If you need an item shipped immediately, Please contact me via email, conversations are the quickest way to reach me and we'll see if it's possible.

It's only me in this rodeo so if for any reason such as sickness or an emergency, there may be a slight shipping delay. I will post in my shop announcements if that is the situation. If your package is delayed for any reason, I will be sure to notify you immediately.

Once your treasure has shipped I will provide a tracking number to give you peace, I know it does when I receive one! 

MAJOR HOLIDAYS: The holidays have a different dynamic now that buying online has become very popular. Please be mindful when ordering due to the overwhelming traffic. If you need something shipped quicker or different please convo me and we can talk. I pay very close attention to International order "guaranteed delivery" cut off dates provided by my postal office. I will post on Shop Announcements the cut off dates and any other topics that may be of importance.
