Desert Plains of the Southwest Beaded Leather Earrings

These earrings are an expression of the vast desert landscape of the Southwest. With minimal water the desert has found its way to show its beauty. The hues of gold and or mustard, the red brush to add color and the brown of shrubs that blanket the landscape is the feeling I was going for.

The leather is stained dark brown with an intricate stamped design to compliment the beads.

The beads are the hues of:

cream, sand, sky turquoise, light crimson, burnt orange, golden sun, and browns.
